These two happy and generous souls traveled up to Minneapolis from Chicago and we all hung out for a bit. We went to a quiet coffee shop and nearby lakes for some classic Minneapolis scenery and sunset watching. I'll be traveling to Chicago in September to help document their wedding day and cannot wait. It'll be my first time photographing a wedding in Chicago.
I don't photograph newborns very often, but the quietness and simplicity of life during the first few weeks is something I've grown to miss. My youngest is three years old and its anything but quiet and simple. I've already forgotten what its like to hold and experience life in its infancy.
