I LOVED THIS WEDDING. A WORSHIP FILLED CEREMONY IN A SMALL PARK AND GOOD FOOD WITH GREAT FRIENDS. I'M STILL BLOWN AWAY THAT AARON AND KATIE INVITED ME TO THE WEDDING AND I HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF PHOTOGRAPHING IT. THANKS GUYS, YOU WERE BOTH AMAZING. YOUR DAY WAS PURE ENJOYMENT AND I HOPE YOUR MARRIAGE SINGS OF ALL THE GOODNESS AND JOY FOUND IN JESUS.
I have been so blessed with amazing couples that are really genuine in front of the camera. This was another HOT engagement session in the 90's and tons of humidity...and tons of mosquitos. Didn't even phase them! Thanks everyone, I'm just blown away that you keep visiting this blog and supporting me!
My friendship with Brett and Andrea goes back a couple years. I helped paint Brett's house while working for KD Painting, and mentioned to him that I was getting into photography and would like to photograph his wedding someday (he was with Andrea already). The next year, Brett was engaged and I ended up helping paint his new place and again and also reminded him about photography. Well, I got a call and met with them after work one day...and the rest is history. I'm still amazed at how God orchestrated these events and that I had the privilege to photograph their wedding. They kept everything local. The food, music, and rentals were all from local businesses near their St. Paul home. They crossed the river to hire a Minneapolis based photographer, but I forgive them for that! Thanks again Brett and Andrea.
